By the 1930s Tong Sai, Hong Kong, it was very wealthy and risky. Gambling and Pornography were in a huge growth, polices were corrupted, gangs and evil businessmen were full of the city. Citizens were living in a bitter life and the world was seems in the darkness. By the time kidnapping occurs in a very high frequency. The Intimates Sister Leung Sam Calls the polices for the child kidnapping cause by the right time her neighbor CID Gum Wa is just handling up the case. However Leung Sam acknowledges that Gum Wa is the one that only do jobs for money since he is the one collect the corruption, he would never take the case seriously. After that Leung sees another kidnaping case, she meets the brave and justice cop Sam Yat-yin. They two find the location holding the kids. While taking down the kidnappers, he is secretly attacked by Gam Wa who do the job for bonus and get the worth, and so they split. Since then Leung put a shame on Gam Wa's personelity, and appreciates Yat-yin's justice favor. Wealthy businessman Ngou Shan is blackmailed, detective Lui Kwok does not take it seriously, so Yat-yin decides to do the job by his own and doesn't take any benefit on him makes Ngou Shan very appreciated. Later Ngou Shan's son misharming the niece of Lui Kwok. Lui Kwok and Gam Wa corrupt together and blackmailed Ngou Shan, Ngou Shan pay unwillingly to get it end and admires Yat-yin, however this makes Yat-yin leaving unused by Lui. less
